• Eighty-nine percent of organizations defined as observability leaders are completely confident in their ability to meet availability and performance requirements for their applications.
• Leaders are 4x as likely to resolve instances of unplanned downtime or serious service issues in just minutes, versus hours or days.
• Leaders experience one-third the number of outages per year as beginners, on average.
