Conflict of Interest Disclosure Policy

This Conflict of Interest Disclosure Policy from TechRepublic Premium establishes the ground rules that will allow a hired consultant to work on another project for another party. Company permission for such a situation is discretionary by the company and is dependent on meeting the requirements of this policy.

To use the Company’s brand name in a public manner, such as a speaking engagement, publication, conference or outside activity. The following is not permitted:

Using the Company’s name or your position in connection with your outside employment.

Using the Company’s time, influence, assets, resources, facilities or employees.

Disclosing proprietary or confidential information concerning the Company.

Abstaining from participating in any decision made by the Company regarding any transaction between the Company and the outside entity.
