In the course of doing their work, employees and independent contractors may receive, view or interact with information comprising company confidential information. Disclosure of that information to unauthorized parties can do irreparable harm to this organization, so it is in our best interest to establish specific guidelines for persons receiving, viewing, listening to or using confidential information, and to require such persons to execute a contractual agreement acknowledging intent to comply with such guidelines.
